It's new years eve, and i've cancelled all lessons... just woke up! yeah.. free till wed..it's a long break! Went orchard with darling yesterday to shop..supposed to shop for his clothes, but end up shopping for my clothes *keke* i shop the whole day! i went from causeway point, the junction 8.. can't find anything i like..i was so so so sad..so darling being so nice, he accompanied me all over orchard for clothes hunt..he's so bored..so tired.. so grumpy.. haha.. in the end, i bought my clothes from Esprit and G2000..mostly from Esprit.. though it's rather costly for that little bit of cloth..sigh.. went Herens to find dar's clothes..but he never see anything he likes.. went back to junction 8 to look.. finally got a top at G2000 +hee+ blue print shirt.. nice leh.. he looks nice with blue.. i find that he likes to wear small tops now.. wanna show of his figure..haha..
Going to Grandparents house at Pasir Ris tonight for reunion dinner.. first time going grandparents house for dinner.. i've decided to go NTUC to buy a dozen of Guiness Stout for my Ah gong and Bah Gwa for Ah ma.. that should be it.. tmr morning, gotta visit grandparents at pasir ris again.. and have lunch there.. so weird right..tonight go over, tmr morning also go over.. or who knows.. tonight they give red packet... then tmr don't need to go already.. hmm... 1st day of new year, probably after visiting my grandparents, we go over to visit Dar's relatives..they usually gather at a place and play mahjong, play cards.. til night time 9pm plus..then go home.. then i'll go to my Nanny's place..

2nd day of new year, planning to drive my nanny and nanny's husband (i called him ah gong) and my 2 aunties, 3 kids.. to go and bai nian.. usually then take bus... but i figured out that nannt's legs are not strong anymore.. if they were to take bus the whole day, she'll be so tired.. so i guess i shall be nice and drive them around the whole day.. maybe from 9am to 5pm? besides..i know all the relatives that they're visiting too..just that i never usually go visit them.. then i'll have an excuse to getting more red packets! yeah!

3rd day.. maybe go watch the Zodiac movie or I not stupid 2 .. see how.. going for Alvin's brithday around 4pm.. Dar dunno going with me or not.. he wanna visit his ex colleagues at Toa Payoh SAFRA...

Ok.. it's gonna be a busy new year.. i wanna spend more time with relatives and loved ones... as my resolution state! it's a good start!

had nothing to do yesterday morning, so i went orchird country club for a swim.. 20 laps.. and now, my body is aching..haha.. haven't swam for a long time man.. last time swim 100 laps also not tired..now 20 laps only, body feels a little aching.. aww...

wanted to run today.. but, decided to go thomson plaza at noon time to bank in my cheque and shop for music books..

Chinese new year is coming.. ooOH... long holiday! gonna have reunion dinner! well, i haven't been home for so long, so it'll be good to meet up with my mom! sigh..my dad's like.. hopeless man.. given his health condition, he's not behaving what he should be like..taking care of his health..anyway, i don't care.. i told mummy, even if he passes away tmr, i don't care.. i won't be sad.. so mean hor? anyhow, i'm still thinking of a place to have reunion dinner..was thinking of thai restaurant.. but dunno if they allow booking..if not, think i gotta go and queue at 4pm! *keke*

I was thinking of bringing my nanny's family out for dinner on friday.. i only see them once a year.. shame on me.. they took care of my when i was a baby..and now that i've grown up, i don't even visit them.. i wanna bring them out for dinner, then i'll drive them in my car(they'll be so proud of me), have dinner, give them bah gua.. say byebye...and visit them again in chinese new year.. and i gotta go chinatown to buy some new year goodies.. waiting for darling lah. keep saying next week next week...think we should really go this saturday.. dunno if we should drive...dunno where to park.. but if we don't drive, then how to bring back those heavy new year goodies? hmmm...

Had a talk with darling on sunday.. was talking about our plans for year 2006.. he's still serving the nation, can't do anything.. we wanted so much to get the condo now(it'll be ready by 2008/2009), but he doesn't dare commit to it.. what we can do now is to save up.. and buy the house when it's ready! I pass by the condo every saturday.. it's infront of singapore sports school.. there are 5 buildings in total.. the first building is now at 5th level.. hopefully they take their time to build.. thwn i can buy it in year 2007! i tell myself, after they finish building the structure, the need to paint it..after they paint it , they have to renovate the interior...after renovating the interior, they have to build in the tiles, the lobby, the lift...the houses' tiles, bathroom, wardrobe etc... oh..and after all these, they gotta do the tennis courts, the car park, the gym etc...and the 6 swimming pools!!! ... so, i know..they're gonna take a long long time..

Back from the Kungfu musical..haha.. The show is at 8pm at esplanade, but darling insisted that we reach there 45 mins earlier! haha..he's very excited about it.. When we got there, actually just nice lah, the timing.. we gotta find parking slot.. Finally, we parked our car and woah.. we were admiring the cars at the car park.. we saw porsche, bmw, beetle...etc... you name it! i guess esplanade is where the rich arty farty pple roam.. finally, we showed our tickets and went to find our seats.. we saw quite a number of ang mohs and wonder what they're doing at this chinese musical.. haha.. darling say they love chinese kungfu?!

Ok.. our seat was just nice! perfect view! the show started at 810pm..fantastic opening.. the scene was so dreamy.. there was alot of "dry ice" smokey effect.. then all the shaolin pple came out and show some stunts.. amazing man.. 6 packs.. muscles...WooOEeEE! There was this particular boy..think less than 5 years old..he could do so many somersaults and back flips at one go! wah..

Darling got himself a CD soundtrack.. not bad lah.. listen it on our way back home..wanted to go china town..but too sleepy... still gotta swim tmr...

Finally, we went to Zion rd to eat at the shop.. was shown on channel U i think.. we ordered snowy ice with mango and pomelo.. mango prawn roll, yio chia kuay with sweet and sour sauce, fice steak baked rice, mee with chicken and egg.... so filling man! i wanted korean spicy noodles...but think either i ordered wrongly, or they made a mistake..but it's ok.. i'll go back there again.. to try out the all other side dishes..it's more worth it.. spent about $30 there.. quite cheap lah..for 2 pple..

going on Ebay now.. to shop...

It has been raining for the whole night..and whole morning.. swimming lessons have to be cancelled.. i changed mine to 330pm..but i guess it'll still be raining.. I don't really feel like teaching anyway.. always feel lazy on rainy days..

It's 8th Jan, 8th day of the new year.. i don't feel anything has changed.. just that i've made plans for the year 2006.. i'm going to earn more money..strange..but money is never enough.. $5k a month is still not enough for me.. when you have more, you'll want more..now i know what this statement finally means.. when i'm earning more, i've more liabilities.. i'm paying for my car, my petrol, my parking, my piano installment, my rent, my bills, my piano fees, my mom etc... still need to eat ok! ...and savings! So, need to earn more to feed my heavy expenses.. and to save $$$ to buy a house.. we found an ideal home.. wat's lacking now is money.............

Talking about expenses, i bought myself a black adidas jacket, and Gucci sunglasses yesterday..so damn happy! aimed for a pair of sunglasses for very long already...i've one addidas sunglasses already, but that's rather sporty...more for beach use, or when i coach swimming..i bought that when i was working as a lifeguard at sentosa many year 4 years ago... i need one that look more "fashionable", more for shopping use...ya, and when i drive my car...can't stand it when i drive in the afternoon or evening when the sunrays are damn strong! and my black addidas jacket! can't decided between the red and black.. darling says black looks more "normal" on me..so i bought the black one.. He bought himself a black levis shirt.. been searching for that for almost a month when he finally saw it at marina square... haha.. bought it right away of course... He bought "S" size.. he tried "M", he find the sleeves to long.. though i think it's normal..haha..nowadays, he like to show off his figure and muscles..the clothes he buy are reduced my a size...*keke*

OH! and we're gonna watch a kungfu musical next week... at esplanade..when to buy tickets yesterday.. actually it's $63 per person.. but we flashed our "still valid" student card and paid via OUB visa, it turned out to be $53 per pax! yeah! I just realised that i've this thing about taking photos with mascots..haha.. whenever i see mascot at road shows or event, i never fail to take photos with them... i think they're so cute... i took one with a pnk dinosaur when i went genting with darling..
This one is at Tampines Mall.. on the day that the Mountaineer who conquered Mount Everest is doing the underwater challenge.. Spider mand and Cat woma... Spider man is taking photo with another grouos of kids *argh*..see his hand on the left side? hmpH!

Going to Great World City to look at fishes... Dar says there's an exibition.. he loves fishes.. he even dreamt about a transparent fish last night.. saying that he can see thru the fish and see the eggs...not bones though, he said.. .silly.......

I'm feeling so stone today... built up of fatique since wed when i stayed over at Yuling's place.. getting ready for her big day..ya, helping out with gate crashing..and most importantly, driving the sisters around.. well, 6 sister is total, all from NPCC.. expect me :) supposed to be Singyee, but she can't... so there's me :) haven't seen all of them for years... suddenly meet... like still got alot of rubbish to talk about *keke* Dar's mummy ask me to go and learn about the traditions.. and that scares me... i doubt my mom will bother so much.. haha~ my mom's character and mine is almost similar... we don't really mind about such stuff.. simple stuff like tea ceremony, not seeing each other the day before etc...is ok.. it's rather fun in fact! but other teeny weeny stuff are too overwhelming for me to handle...i can imagine how Yuling feels man.. keke.. then again Yuling's mom says hokkien not that fussy... luckily dar's parents and mine are hokkien *yeah*

Met up with 4F classmates yesterday..not ALL of them..but had a good time catching up with one another.. Like sharon..haven't seen her since graduation.. about 6 years already? we used to be close.. sucj a pity that we seldom keep in contact.. And Ivy, haha, also 6 years never see her.. well, she's the Emcee for that night.. she became prettier already...i guess, all the girls from PL changed...that's what she said too.. and Meiyin..i met up with her last year though.. but surprised that she got into SQ though *er hem* Joycelyn..is still the same... Joy is working at Mediacorp..i guess that's where alot of pple would like to go..it's reputable enough! she's doing fashion designing there...

I do hope to have more chances to meet up with everyone soon.. to chat! and gossip..haha..that's what girls usually do ya?

It'll be iris's bday next week.. going to her house on tues evening.. with germin, eileen and jasmin.. another catching up time! so happy! now..have to wonder what to get for her..
