He stayed over my place on the 7th.. we didn't sleep the whole night, as we gotta reach the airport at about 430am.. so we stayed up the whole night playing Pets' Society..haha.. and did some last minute packing of luggage... we took a cab to the airport, and started to do the checking in process.. took us quite some time as there were some problem with the flight before ours, and they were transferring some passengers to our plane. So, we didn't manage to have our breakfast at the airport as planned :(

Before the plane even took off, the steward handed us the menu for the day...and we each have a set of this.... continental breakfast! Yumz.... couldn't finish the cereal, so we packet it..together with 2 youghurt!
The plane took off at about 6am, and we reached safely at Narita Airport at about 230pm (Japan's time). Japan's ahead of SG by 1 hour...
With no time to waste, we proceeded to the JR station to get our JR pass and booked the Shinkansen to Osaka, our first destination! Well.. there were lotsa complications.. either we miss the train, or we took the wrong train. Nevertheless, we still ended up safely in Osaka! We bought a sandwich and a cuppa hot coffee from Starbucks and ate them in the Shinkansen...
While waiting for the train, we took some photos of Japan night's backdrop.. We will be staying in Hotel Raizon for the next 3 nights.. I've stayed in this hotel before, and I find it really cosy and with a reasonable price! Reached Osaka at about 8plus.. once we've checked in, we dumped our luggage and went out to the streets to hunt for food! We haven't had dinner!
Finally, we entered a shabby looking shop.. and ordered anyhow.. and our first dinner in Japan turned out to be GREAT! Very yummy! Satisfy our hunger totally!
Thereafter, we went to the supermarket and convenient store to stock up some necessary stuff like snacks.. drinks... and cup noodles!
Back to hotel, shower... sleep... getting ready for the next day... Japan-Day 2 ..
~UNIVERSAL STUDIO!~
oh..and I forgot to mention.. the temperature in Japan is about 5 to 10 degrees! It's winter!
